The collection team ensures regular on-time loan repayments by customer, set up payment plans can facilitate good credit and maintain the company’s LPA.


Distribution team is responsible for sourcing business, exploring markets for new products. The most important pillar of the organization. The Loan Advisors from our Distribution team are the first point of contact for the customers. They understand the requirements of the customers and present our products suitably. They are further managed/supervised by Managers, Branch Heads and Zonal Heads.


The sanctioning of loan applications lies in the hands of Credit. They screen the Their duties include screening loan requests, evaluate the customer’s financial information, assess risk ratios and decide on approving the loan.


Product Department connects business strategy, design knowledge and customer needs in order to develop relevant products for our customers. They focus on optimizing a product to achieve the business goals and user necessities while maximizing return on investment.

Our emerging talent programs are targeted at students who want to start their professional journey in a vibrant and progressive organization. Graduate Trainees are offered a well  structured program to induct them into the corporate life. They are trained extensively through our class room and on the job training programs. They are given exposure to various activities of our company learning key aspects of our work and of ten directly engage with our customers. This program is cross functional in nature and lasts for a year. On successful completion of the program the candidate is inducted into our Junior Management team.

We attract and develop highly talented young aspirants from leading colleges in the country. Some of the campuses we have visited in the past include SRCC, Delhi School of Economics, Hansraj College.

If you are in the final year of an undergraduate course, please contact your placement office to apply for this program. After a successful selection based on your application, you will go through an assessment centre that includes tests, group discussions and personal interviews.

Leadership development is a cornerstone of our strategy. Our Management Trainee program is designed to build a leadership mind-set and experience in young professionals. During this program you will get to work on complex challenges and hone your analytical, decision-making and people management skills. The trainees go through a 1-year training program during they will have at least two structured job rotations of 5-6 months each in different functions. On successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to build a long-term career with the company by joining our middle management team.
