Emerging Talent Programs

Our emerging talent programs are targeted at students who want to start their professional journey in a vibrant and progressive organization. These programs will develop career defining skills, push you beyond your comfort zones and help you do meaningful work.  You will gain exposure from senior leaders and help create something that will outlast each of us as individuals. Graduate Trainees are offered a well structured program to induct them into the corporate life. You are trained extensively through our class room and on the job training programs. You are given exposure to various activities of our company learning key aspects of our work and often directly engage with our customers.

We attract and develop highly talented young aspirants from leading colleges in the country. Some of the campuses we have visited in the past include SRCC, Hansraj College, NSIT and Sri Venkateswara College.

If you are in the final year of an undergraduate course, please contact your placement office to apply for this program. After a successful selection based on your application, you will go through an assessment centre that includes tests, group discussions and personal interviews.

Leadership development is a cornerstone of our strategy. Our Management Trainee program is designed to build a leadership mind-set and experience in young professionals. During this program you will get to work on complex challenges and hone your analytical, decision-making and people management skills. The trainees go through a 1-year training program during which they you will have at least two structured job rotations of 5-6 months each in different functions. On successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to build a long-term career with the company by joining our middle management team.

If you are currently undergoing an MBA program in a leading management institute in the country, please contact your placement office to apply for this program. We have attracted some bright young minds from institutions like as Delhi School of Economics, International Management Institute, FORE School, IMT, SRCC and Christ University, to name a few.

Selection process includes Assessment centre with individual and group exercises, case presentations and panel interviews.
