Job Description:
This role will be responsible for managing our Loan Origination System. Key areas of
focus would be requirement gathering, solutioning, managing the SDLC cycle and
vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs –Techno-functional specifications – Development – UAT – Production release.
  • Understanding the business requirement and advising stakeholders on alternative ways of achieving the requirement which can be done by configuration rather than customization in the platform.
  • Carry out the configuration customization and if needed, guide & advise the Technical team of the LOS partner to carry out the platform customization in an optimal way.
  • Effectively engage with Business Users to meet the project delivery objectives and keep them updated on status of project.
  • Ensure technology-related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Management reporting of dashboards.

Must Have:

  • Education: Graduate degree in Science/Technology/Computers
  • 3-8 yrs. of experience in implementation/delivery with Newgen IBPS and NEMF
    platforms (preferably in retail lending/LOS).

Skill Set:

  • Experience in retail financial services, preferably retail lending
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, business products, and IT systems
  • Working knowledge of Database features, Entities & Attributes, Data dictionary,
    data rules & DML operations, conceptual/logical/physical data models, SQL
    query writing involving multiple joins; set operations and sub-queries
  • Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
