Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Long range plans and quarterly forecasts
- Optimizing business plan to rationalize cost
- Identifying cost save and revenue enhancement opportunities and recommending
- corrective actions to encash the opportunities.
- Calculating the monetary impact of potential business decisions and conducting
- sensitivity analysis
- Perform analysis of Cost KPIs at monthly/Qtrly/YTD basis, monitor key metrics, review
- various operating metrics, cost to income ratios, identify reasons for cost variances
- versus plans, past periods etc
- Analyse profitability and Variance by creating suitable templates
- Facilitate review of profitability through management meetings by providing analysis on
- yield, cost of borrowing, opex etc
- Analysis of branch level profitability
- Conduct quarterly analysis of competitors’ financial performance
Desired Profile
- MBA from tier 1/tier 2 colleges
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in FP&A role in NBFCs/Banks
- Excellent excel and modelling skills
